I've moved all the NTFS data to a USB HDD.... so now using ubuntu on a clean HDD, advisable to run SAMBA, LAMP on ubuntu desktop, or should i be using server ed?

yeh im trying to keep things simple really as quite new to apache2 config... Mmm ok will do some more research and tweaking... things can only get better as they say :-)
