I'm using an D-Link DWA-126 Wireless adapter.
The Interface (wlan1) is recognized in iwconfig.
it seems to work properly since it is seen in the network indicator menu and displays all the APs ...

got it working now with a fresh install
so something i have learned of this:
don't use wubi, if want to multiboot more than one distro and windows

after some time (think an update did it) the message didn't appear anymore.

just used a usb-flash drive instead. though i had to buy one and didn't actually get to burn an image to dvd-ram i'll mark the thread as solved

got it working now using in the commandprompt of grub (press c while grub manager asks you what to boot)

for some reason it doesn't display the results of os-prober like grub-customizer.
does this have to do with me having a wubi installation?

i just installed BT and told it to install the bootloader to sda3 because i didn`t want it to mess with my grub preferences and i figured it should be pretty easy to find out how to boot...

that should fix it...i'll try it out after my midnight snack

edit: didn't fix it. i tried the built in iso burner which told me there was no writeable medium and ejected the dvd.

i formated the dvd using disk utility to fat (there was no option whether 16 or 32).
now beasero tells me to replace the disc with a supported cd/dvd.
according to google product search my drive...
