    I reinstalled Xubuntu 8.04 and it doesn't even make it to the login Window. It freezes up as that bar goes across. Any ideas what the problem might be?

    Xubuntu is under rated, its one of the very best out there, especially for older PII and PIII computers with RAM limitations of 256MB. On a modern machine this distro will fly!
