    Window grouping isn't dependent on your widget style, it was introduced with KDE 4.4. I have kubuntu 10.04 & qtcurve 1.0.2 and window grouping works perfectly.

    Debian Stable (Lenny) = KDE 3.5
    Debian Testing (Squeeze) = KDE 4.4.3

    You can download specific cd's for each desktop environment, you only need cd1 to install.
