i know for a fact it isnt the printer bc it has apps on it where i can print out pics for my some to draw on and thouse can out just fine

with anything i print from this computer it doesnt matter if its a pic or a word ducment

i did what u said what poped up was region and language and it says keyborad and lanfuages do u want me to go to change keyboars....

its wireless but i think its my computer bc some of my files look the same way

i dont know how to explain it it has lil hearts squares and other shapes it does this no matter what if its a pic or a letter

so heres the deal for some reson everything I print is all encryped and i want that to stop so i need to find out how to get my computer to norm the printer is an hp photosmart 5510 i know its not...
