I am well thanks...Just wanted you to be aware is all.
Can be a bit tough to trouble shoot..if you lose Data when an OS goes to Hibernation and Booting or Resuming another OS from Hibernation....
It is best to create A swap for each OS installed.
Short answer: You can use the same swap partition as the data in swap is not preserved from one boot to the next. It is totally normal to have...
What is the output of this...paste it back here.
inxi -SG
And are you running a Compositor like compiz or compton?
Good Job... and thanks for sharing your solution.
Kind Regards

I'm sure this will not be of any use... but we try
sudo apt-get -f install
I'm wondering if a clean install would not improve things...just to many missing packages at this point.
I mean we can...
Well it is not really recommended to install Nvidia Drivers that way..unless you like to get down and dirty with updates (Especially Kernel Updates) as they roll in.
My only Advice here is to open...
Huumm? Might have to do with VB.
sudo adduser $USER vboxusers
But yes that looks better, and what about synaptic..is it now in a good state?
He he he Nothing is easy here is it..
Lets get rough with then.
sudo sed -i 's/trusty/xenial/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
Now update and dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get...
Synaptic works fine here..
Check again after rebooting.
I need to see the Error please.
Yep! You will have to disable those 2 PPA's for now..But there is a Virtualbox in the Xenial Repo's.
If I remember correctly they have had close to a year now to comply....To the New (SHA2) singing...
Did you have Nvidia Drivers still installed?
Nothing to be worried about just a key signing Warning is all.
You can try to add the keys by way of
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys...
See Post #11
Must have of had a hicup in the upgrade.
Here is a new list you can just copy and paste in removing the old one as root.
...
Just to be clear...this is supposed to be 16.04 Xenial Right?
I am sure you have updated...lets see what your repo list is like
mousepad /etc/apt/sources.list
Or use the native text editor
Well the only thing I can offer right now is
Do not forget about synaptic.
sudo apt install synaptic gdebi
I was under the impression that the package manager was fixed..but I guess...
