If the disk is physically damaged, no it cannot be fixed. You can recover data from it so you have it available when you replace the damaged disk.
But you still do not know if your disk is damaged...
The ENH210EXT supports 300Mbps at distances of up to 4 miles, the specs state that there is a 14dbi internal antenna in the housing.
I only ask, because the "last used" is most likely referring to the startup script when you booted.
When you say "later", was it about two hours after you booted your laptop?
