    Your /cdrom/EFI/BOOT/grubx64.efi does not sound correct. Do you even have a CDROM?
    Flash drive installer may have a CD/DVD mount as it often is a hybrid DVD/flash configuration.

    Do you have UEFI Secure boot on?
    Or did Windows or fwupd update UEFI and reset to defaults, turning Secure Boot back on?

    Installer still refers to DVD/CD even when from flash drive.
    ISO is intended for either flash drive or DVD and does not check.

    Have you updated UEFI to latest firmware version.
    And updated SSD's firmware, also?
