    I have a Windows 2003 Server with AD on it, and I want to use my
    Ubuntu server with BIND9 as the DNS for the setup.

    I really doubt you will manage to install cPanel on Ubuntu. cPanel is supported only on RH/CentOS and i haven't heard of sucessfull instalation of cPanel on Debian or any derivates.

    If it's a new computer I think you suggest you install Ubuntu on the HDD.
    It's far smoother compared to the liveCD. And it gives you "the picture" of the OS you are going to run.

    Already tried. With these rules, clients outside can access the server but clients inside can't. For clients inside other websites work.
