I have SWAP at the end, after everything else, but my machine as 4 GB of RAM and runs fine with only about 500 MB of SWAP.

[SOLVED] Re: Erase Windows 7 and Install Ubuntu

  3. [ubuntu] Linksys EA3500 hard drive connection problem

  7. [ubuntu] Re: How To: Setup DOD Common Access Card (CAC) for service portals

Did you try to "un-zip" the RPM file and manually copy the libcackey.so into the /usr/lib64/pkcs11 directory? That's what worked for me on the 64-bit install on my Intel i3.
  8. [ubuntu] Re: How To: Setup DOD Common Access Card (CAC) for service portals

lingenfr, I've used it on 10.10 and it's worked fine. The install script wouldn't run but I was able the "un-zip" the RPM file and manually copy the libcackey.so into the /usr/lib64/pkcs11 directory.
  9. [ubuntu] Re: How To: Setup DOD Common Access Card (CAC) for service portals

I'm having the same question with my vaio CW about screen brightness. I've not gotten the nvidia card working either, though, but I'll try another topic thread to deal with that.

Poll: Re: What is your opinion of Apple?

  13. [ubuntu] Re: What does this mean? "fsck /dev/sdb" results

    [ubuntu] Re: Reinstall Jaunty 9.04
