    What is the output of

  6. [ubuntu] Re: Postfix setup sending emails but cannot send emails with client

Did you configure the firewall on the email server? If so did you allow the port to be accessible from your client?
  7. Re: 20.04.1 is the HARDEST Ubuntu install ever

Sure the RAM is OK? I don't think a slanted video card is good for any of the hardware you have

    [SOLVED] Re: Broken hard drive?

I'd say it was failing. New SSDs are pretty cheap. Run a last full backup if possible ASAP

    Or:

    sudo vi /path/to/filename

I'd say try a few, see which you like. Not something I use myself.
  15. [ubuntu] Re: stuff missing after upgrade to 20.04

Ubuntu receives updates. I've no idea where you heard that PPAs are needed or software doesn't get updated but it's dead wrong

    Re: Issue with kernel upgrade

    If you run:

    Does it help?
  17. Re: Where can I learn most used Ubuntu Commands?

The "most used commands" is pretty irrelevant. One command set that one person uses may be wildly different to another users. I suggest you simply use the OS in command line and research commands as...
  18. Re: How I can Run Ubuntu and Wondows Simultaneously?

You can run virtualbox and run a virtual machine of Ubuntu inside of Windows. You'll need enough CPU and RAM to run both.

[ubuntu] Re: Difference in LAN paths

If you mount the file system using /etc/fstab it will appear as a local folder on your file system, then you won't need to worry about that. The data will appear to be local :)
