They have their next game, Wakfu, out now also. Vary simular to Dofus but more player driven, such as player elections for office, setting policies. Player funded infrastructure and much better PvP.

It's escalates further. Maybe they will realise this stupid and change the system when a company gets taken out by a ridiculous patent like this.
