    Installed filezilla via apt on 19.10. However, when you launch the app it takes 25 seconds before it becomes available. I see this on one other app -- gftp, both are timing out. FWIW, app works...

    Looks like it's a license issue not a code issue. I did a clean install of 4.9.1 in Ubuntu Budgie 19.10 but its a pain.
    Doing an upgrade now of a 19.04 system with LAMP setup, will see what it does.
