I finally managed to get our 10.04 lamp + tomcat + mod_ssl server up and running. (Yipeeeeeee).

Everything works: pages are served, securely fastened by mod_ssl.

I removed the pass phrase temporarily to see if it would allow startup to proceed to login.
It does start apache2 without asking for the phrase but still doesn't take me to login...
