    I removed both scripts and nothing happens still. Interfaces now looks like:

    auto loiface lo inet loopback

    auto eth0
    iface eth0 inet dhcp

    If I remove oth "eth0" lines the connection works...

    Thanks for taking your time, but I found the issue.. Permission! chown root did the trick! ;-)
    For annyone countering the same issue, try:

    sudo chown -cR root /etc/vsftpd.conf
