A typo for Virtualization ;)
Not all motherboards (or BIOS'es?) support virtualization extensions, perhaps you could check if that is the problem.
Already there
Packages running on multiple distros are possible already, but with some work (Nixstaller tries to simplify that part .. *cough*).
I don't see why throwing away years of work (kernel) is going to...
What do package dependencies have to do with the kernel again?

Hasn't failed me in the ~4 years that I'm using Linux on the desktop...
Did you try it? I've read some less positive comments about a new web interface (slow), though those were from some time ago.
Nokia Maps
GPSed
Opera
VMWare supports more different guest OS's than Virtualbox. Virtualbox also doesn't do 64 bit guests yet.
I remember reading something about Qemu being able to do guest in guest virtualization.
And don't forget :D
Even though vmware is not open source, I think it's not going anywhere soon as they are doing pretty well in the virtualization market afaik :)
I have to agree on security though...I'm not really...
Actually, you can with Qemu but it's very slow...
Just being curious, but why do you like it better than vmware?
Atleast their installer rocks *cough* ;)
You don't need to compile anything. Execute './cube_unix' inside the cube directory instead.
True, but is that any different with other protocols/clients?
It says
What's wrong?
The endless stream of anti windows/microsoft threads ;)
What a great thread to advertise ... ;)
Nixstaller is used to create installers that work on various Linux and Unix systems. It can create .deb., .rpm, slackware and pacman packages on the fly.
When I tried autotools I found it to be one big mess, and switched to SCons as soon as I found it. SCons is nice because it's using python: simple, flexible and cross platform.
I never really...
Bump :-|
Hello all
The fourth major release of Nixstaller is now released.
For people who don't know Nixstaller:
This release features the following new items:
- 64 bit binaries for most common...
Why? It (the 32 bit version) runs pretty well on 64 bit.
