    Looks very nice and sophisticated. Dark yet usable. I always stop using black themes because many icons just don't good with it, but that's my opinion. Yours looks good though.

    I would erase the white "brackets" above and under "ubuntu studio" ... so only "ubuntu studio" without the brackets. Looks more simple, which is better IMHO.
