    If I use update command from terminal or synaptic or software-updater then I ownership automatically changes without doing anything and also error notification disappears.

    It show all packages are up to date or how many can be updated. I don't see an error when I check myself it's only affecting auto-update system.

    Yes it's name appears as Virtual Machine Manager and I got it by installing the apt virt-manager.

    No I frequently use that autoremove command and still I have some packages of 53 version. Also is there any way to correct the system packages in case I have removed anything which I need actually.

    I just thought that since I signed the modules in order to use those, now I too have to unsign those in order no longer to keep those in use. However I have no idea and it's just a guess and nothing....
