    I'm using Karmic as a freenx server whenever I login and try to type anything the input is way off. As in D will be 1, etc.

    Ok... that is the strangest thing. I usually write out in nano first with "Ctrl-O" then exit with "Ctrl-X" it saves my crontab if I hit "Ctrl-X" then Y. Maybe Ctrl-O is writing to the wrong temp...

    Well APACHE is a http server that's really easy to setup. Especially in a debian OS that has a package already ready to go.

    BLAST searches pretty big databases and is pretty hardware intensive....
