Thanks for the info Powell. How do I get Windows to "see" the share? I am using Vista, and trying to move some files from Vista to Ubuntu.

I have found that my HDs are shared in Vista, through the computer management window, but still when I try to connect, it tells me that it failed to load the shares list.
