cannot delete my inappropriate thread

i started this inappropriate thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.p...27#post4075727 and received infraction. so i marked it as solved - i could not delete it. can my infraction be deleted? everytime i click my profile and the infraction appears. the thread is bad then why wounldn't it be deleted? the infraction on my profile is more than one month now. thanks.

They are in Jail, only you (and staff) can see them.

can the infraction warning in my profile be deleted, or hidden or invisible something like that? so i wound not see it when i click my profile
