The forum has as we speak
Members: 1,545,073, Active Members: 53,555

In this LOCO forum, a sub-forum of Ubuntuforums - there are 2 threads, 4 posts and no specific moderators. When you look at the page for any sub forum on the main forum you see the forum staff listed.
If you are referring to the Namibia Team Forum then all of the Moderators for the whole of Ubuntu Forums are moderators too.
Ubuntu Forums as a whole is a very busy place :)
