Can't find command 'hwmatch' || environment block too small

I just completed my routine cleaning of my desktop PC. I use a blower to clean the dust.
When I finished cleaning the PC and booted I am getting this message (please see attachment)
Note: Despite the error message the PC boots as usual so no problem there.

Please tell me what caused this & How to fix it.
