Postfix Courier setup, how to add email account?

Hello,

I have installed postfix and courier without any issues as described here http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ispconfig-2-p5 on ubuntu 10.04.

Now I want to add my email account to receive emails again, this is quite urgent (haven't got email access for the last 24 hours).
Is there someone who can help?
