how do i see netlog.com vids?

i'm using ubuntu live 12.04

i'm just trying to view vids on netlog.com. They just show up as black screens.
what plug-in do i need??? It doesn't ask for anything either. (bty, you need to open an account to watch vids)

i can view youtubes all day with the Software Center --> flash plug-in
