How to publish free closed source application on Ubuntu Softvare Center
I want to publish application, I don't want to sell my app but also I don't want to show my source code. Am I able to publish this application on Ubuntu Softvare Center.

Don't know, but you can setup a PPA. I've never used SC.

yeah but If I setup PPA then I have to show my source code.

You can publish you app in USC by visiting this page. Also, check the FAQ.

I've tried that and they asked PPA since my app is free. It seems that there is no answer for my question, since I posted it also on Ask Ubuntu.

It looks like you'd have to purchase a commercial-use subscription from Canonical, which would allow you to own a private PPA:

Which to me makes sense, since Ubuntu strives to be an open-source facilitator.

on this link, if I understood it well, they are talking about commercial apps

Lots of people setup PPAs that are not hosted by Canonical. It isn't SC, but it is easy enough to use from and end-user perspective.
