Booting into Ubuntu after installation gives me a black screen [With weird pixels]

So I have tried all different ways.

Installing from CD to the same partition, different partition.
Installing into windows to the same partition, different partition.

And I still get this.

So the install goes smoothly and when I restart and go into the boot menu I choose Ubuntu, it then finishes the installation and goes into the loading purple screen after that it goes here and freezes:

What is weird is that this pixelated screen, the colors, are part of my windows 7 screen wallpaper. Weird.
