After installing Ubuntu 8.10 my MS wireless optical usb mouse won't work. It would work on previous versions and would work throughout the installation. After reboot, no dice.

After installing Ubuntu 8.10 my MS wireless optical usb mouse won't work. It would work on previous versions and would work throughout the installation. After reboot, no dice.
Almost the same problem for me except for me, my usb wired optical mouse isn't working, although it was working before.
