"Domain Registry of America" thread

In the Cafe, there was a thread that was closed called Domain Registry of America. It was locked with the reason that it doesn't belong here.

In my opinion, this thread was useful information about a scam involving technology. We have had other similar threads in the past and they weren't a problem. It can't be bad for people to be warned about scams, and it seems like it would especially fit here if it involves technology.

It was closed because The OP want page hits to the three links he posted.

The debate/topic is relevant enough, but the means was wrongful.
