Live CD Error

Hi
Today I received the CD of 8.10 desktop edition from Canonical. I tried to boot using the CD. But the system freezes when showing desktop. I checked the CD for error and it showed one error. Anyone is having the same issue? Please help ..

My PC is AMD64 1GB RAM 180GB HDD

You could try downloading and burning your own copy, if that is an option for you. Also, if you do download an iso, you can try the Alternative disk as well. It won't give you the live environment, but if all you want to do is install, then it will run you through the same process. It just won't be as "pretty". :)
