Just plain weird behaviour.
When using scale-in window effects, the window in question zooms in very large, then appears normal.
For about half a second, new windows either display off center, or as a mixture of black and white horizontal bands.
The desktop does this as a whole upon logging in for about 15 seconds after a restart.
I mean, is this all really that unstable? This is through numerous formats, and different settings...
Or am I missing the work=true parameter in some config file?
