Hey all this is my first post. I have used Ubuntu before, but with my laptop and it was on a wireless network and ran fine. Now I have installed Ubuntu 8.10 on my desktop via Wubi. My network is weird and all and well when I run WinXP I have to dumb down my network speeds from auto to 10baseT. It will not even run on 100baseT. Thing is I have been googleing for the answer but it seems to only come up for Linux, RedHat, etc. except Ubuntu.
Question is what commands in Terminal should I use to make my Ubuntu run at 10baseT ?... doesnt matter if its half or full.
