I'm sorry for not knowing there name but I accidentally removes the icons on my upper bar that shows what applications are running. I was attempting to remove something else right next to it but accidentally removed the icons instead ](*,). Part of the problem in finding the solution is not knowing the proper terminology.
*The Bar at the top of the screen:
This is where they used to be.
*The application icons:
These are the icons that appear when you start a program. Banshee for example keeps an icon up there that I can click on to bring the player window back and remove it. Drapes also keeps an icon up there to allow me to switch through desktops. the number of icons grows and shrinks with the number of applications I have open.
I would appreciate any help. I've grown quite used to having them there.
