Hi All,
My 8.10 install did some updates today and won't boot anymore... I get dumped to an initramfs prompt busybox thing.
I have LVM on top of a software raid 1 config and so I've decided as this keeps having problems when I upgrade that it might just be time to re-install... However I have some config files I desperately need to get hold of!
I don't know how to mount the raid from the busybox although I think it might be the assemble command, once that's up I have no idea how to ressurect the LVM from that to get at the files I need.
PLEASE HELP!
Also I can't seem to boot from the 8.10 install cd as I get some errors to do with the CD drive...
