Hi all.
It seems that gnome is using a wrong color to render text in input boxes or at least in some of theme.
I attach a screenshot: as you can see, the background in the awn applet window is the one defined as input box, light gray almost white, while the text used is the light gray defined for window text. So it is almost unreadable.
The problem does not emerge with default theme cause it has clear background and dark text.
