Some of those may be helpful. The last few are Windows-only, but it should be possible to write a simple script using links for the top reader.

Thank you for those links.
Im using Intrepid and not sure if the windows software works in wine. I have relatively slow internet so online text-speech wont work properly.
So well is there any software (or any tweaks) which doesnt use the internet rather have the vocals in my computer? And is easy like highlighting the text in the webpage and then it would speak?

If you are using Intrepid, why not try Alt-F2 and type:

I tried orca but it doesnt read the webpage. Its just like narration in windows...
