Upgrading to 8.10: Failed to fetch one file

Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu-rocks.org/ubuntu/pool/main/b/base-files/base-files_4.0.4ubuntu2.1_i386.deb 404 Not Found

It seems that I'm able to fetch files from that server, so it doesn't seem to be a firewall issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no base-files_4.0.4ubuntu2.1_i386.deb listed on that server however there is a base-files_4.0.4ubuntu2.2_i386.deb listed

where would i save this file to? and what do i do when i get the error that it can't fetch the file it wants?

You can probably save the file to your desktop and use Gdebi to install.
