I was reading about an issue I have with the file system, and how running fsck from the live CD will fix it. Here is the link:

I wanted to ask if I have to use the live CD for the version ( Hardy ) which I run currently. I setup my box using a previous version, then upgraded to Hardy. But for some reason I can not post to that thread any more. My question is do I have to used the live CD for the current version or not please?
