[SOLVED] KDE 4.1- Panel shows duplicate icons for every applications launched

Hi recently upgraded KDE 4.1 and now I am facing a strange problem. For each application launched 9e.g. fire fox) in the panel it shows two Icons bot points to the same application.

How to solve this? Thanks

It might be that you have two 'Task Manager' plasmoids in the panel. If you unlock the widgets, then right click on the panel and go to 'Add/Remove' widgets, then you can remove one of the Task Managers.
