i am currently using a usb to install new apps. and then taking the usb to my pc and using it. When i have all the apps i want installed is their then a away to install ubuntu onto my pc's hard disk with all the new apps ive downloaded and installed to my usb on to the hard disk thank you

You could use Remastersys (http://www.remastersys.klikit-linux.com/) to make a custom live cd.

You could also copy the .deb's from your flash drive to your HDD and reinstall them.
