[SOLVED] Full Screen

when I turned my computer on this morning and clicked on Firefox the screen is a full screen so I cannot see the top and bottom panels. can someone assist me as to how to get my screen back to normal again please.

Try pressing F11.

thank you ModelM. that worked. I wonder what happened because I haven't installed anything and it was normal when I turned it off last night.
