I recently upgraded to KDE4, but when I eventually got it working I found that key elements of why I like KDE 3.5 are missing or broken so I've reinstalled Kubuntu 8.04 from a live CD.
I have always had the desktop background set to slideshow, setting it to display my photos which are organised in ~/graphics/photos/ and subfolders up to 5 levels deep.
Previously I just set the photos directory to be the source of the photos and I got photos from all the subfolders as well. Now it seems that it is only using pictures directly in ~/graphics/photos/ and none from subdirectories. I can't see an option anyware so how do I configure it to use images in subfolders too?
