First of all I am sorry if I post in the wrong category.
I have problem with my ubuntu when the computer is on for a long time (more than 7-8 hours) ubuntu start to be slow. By slow I mean that for example when I press the application button the dropdown menu needs 5-6 maybe even 7 seconds to open and be ready for using. When the machine start getting slow like this I restart it and it's all fine until the next time it does that but I don't think the pc feels good when I restart it 3-4 times a day. So, I decide to ask you is there any fix for that. My computer is acer am1641 which has 2 GB ram and 320 GB hard. Thank you for the answers in advice.
