This is really screwing me up. I have two panels at the bottom of my screen. One is supposed to be there. One, I accidentally set to expand and now gnome-panel crashes every time I start up the computer. It's starting to get really annoying. The panel that's not supposed to be there doesn't respond to anything, even a right click, so I can't change it's settings. How would I go about fixing this? thanks!

EDIT: Neither of my panels are responding. Nor is alt-f2
