Hi,
I'm using the latest ubuntu release (I upgraded in the last couple of weeks).
I've added more memory to my dual-boot Ubuntu/XP workstation and now Ubuntu starts with a high resolution screen but then the login reverts to a low-res one. This happened a couple of weeks ago but when I rebooted into XP and back it was fixed. Not so this time - Ubuntu always starts in low-res mode. Has anyone any idea why this should be? Any easy fix?
Many thanks for any help,
Alice
