I recently installed KDE, mainly because of various programs that come with it and also because I wanted to give it a try and see which I liked better.
Anyway, so everything goes fine, it asks my user name and password, it begins to load everything (with some minor portions here or there on the screen that suddenly look like scratched... I don't know, it just isn't displaying correctly) and when it seems like it's about to finish or has just finished loading, bum! It crashes and the place where the mouse pointer was in that very moment also gets this weird display.
So, what is going on here? How can I fix it?
