No sound after suspend.

I put my computer to susped over night and in the morning I have no sound. Everything was working fine last night. I had this problem before but I cannot fix it this time. The way I fixed it was I went to System -> Preferences -> Sound and changed everything to ALSA. Then in the volume control was set to HDA Intel and PCM, Master and Front were on turned up. I got this from a site. Please help.

Edit: There is sound when I restart my pc. Is there a solution so I have sound after suspend.
