ok guys.

So I have a little background in programming and what not. But I was wanting to make a shortcut where, whenever in a window, by holding a shortcut button, say super+alt, the mouse in its entirety becomes a scroll. I'm operating on a laptop, so in a sense, while holding the shortcut, the touchpad should respond as it does with "multi-touch" from apple, where simply "pulling the mouse down" scrolls the screen down when the shortcut is being held. Anyone have any ideas or a start on how to go about this?
