Ok, I would have to say that humans have more bugs (and i dont mean viruses, etc...) than any other piece of software out there combined, so...
Why Don't We Have Our Own Launchpad Entry?
Also, humans have a sequence-able genome, which is technically code.

I guess we should, but the sourcecode is really quite large, and I'm not sure if the language it's made in is OSS or not (I hear they're working on reverse-engineering the code).

I registered myself as an open source project on Launchpad as a joke, and even filed bugs against myself, until LP admins terminated the project because it's not open-source :)
I guess I can't license my genome under the GPL. Seriously, I don't mind distributing my source. Call me.
(lol... out of line, funny.... out of line, funny.... I can't decide. Rest of staff: your call)
