As far as I know, they do, but a problem could be hardware acceleration.

There is a 32-bit linux driver on their site. Doesn't look like they actively update their drivers:

the last S3 card I had was an old VLB GenDAC. It rocked for its day, but I dont think S3 has done anything groundbreaking in a pretty long time. You may be better off saving a little dough and getting an entry-level NVidia card if the S3 is doing OK for you performance wise. You will get more mileage out of the NVidia in both Windows and Linux I think.
